The hair care industry, which quickly responded with a plethora of grooming products for baldies, became a niche industry in itself and saw a quick launch of products worth $5 million alone in the United States.

To cater to the bald headed, The market is flooded with gels and ointments to help with the shave, to enhance the shine, to reduce the glare, to cater to dryness or oiliness and to block the sun as well (about 2 percent of skin cancers occur on bald scalps). The most interesting product is the rolling razor to make the daily upkeep less stressful. There are many with an outlandish choice of style, who even settle for tattooed scalps.

Hairless men who are investing in such products fall in two categories. There are a few who do it forcefully as an answer to hair loss and others, who proudly call themselves B.B.C. or Bald by Choice.

Isn’t this a great news for Britney? I’m sure she would love to indulge in all the above products and appear bald and beautiful.
