Can you guess who she resembles?

Her improbably high beehive hairdo reminds me of Marjorie Simpson. Anyway, she is looking very untidy with this hairstyle. Do you know that beehive works best on hair that hasn’t been washed for few days and are at least of shoulder length.

Anyhow, let her think I’m No Good, and we’ll neatly make a beehive hairstyle. In early 60s this hairdo was on its peak of popularity and is also known as B-52. Amy has returned to public limelight, almost, with her newfound beehive hairstyle.

Here is a step-by-step itinerary to create beehive hairstyle:

How to get appropriate hair for beehive:

1. Smoothen your hair.

2. Part hair at side or middle, as per your desire.

3. Make a high ponytail of crown hair and leave front locks onto your face. If you do not like tresses touching your face, you may pullback all hair into ponytail.

4. Divide ponytail into five or more and set on heated rollers. Use rollers on frontal locks too. Mist with hairspray.

5. After rollers have cooled, gently remove them and smooth hair with brush. This will make your hair gain tendency to hold on.

Hairstyle:

6. Take a square section of hair from crown and twist them clockwise for five centimeters with help of tail comb. Bend twist forward and lock with cross grips. Make a round base of curl and secure it.
7. Curl left over crown hair in same way and then grip the style by moving nape hair upwards from one and then from other side (form ends into a curl).
8. Finally, pull one side of front hair to center back and in same way for the other side too.

Unique and a bit retro hairstyle is ready to glamorize your look.

Walking out in sun, air conditioner, air pollution and cold weather, these all extract natural hair oil from your scalp and leaves behind unhealthy hair.

To avoid this follow some tips:

• Condition your hair after every wash with conditioner.

• Shampooing twice a week is enough. More shampooing can also make your hair dry.

• For split ends apply a Vitamin E oil (for that cut a Vit.E capsule and apply it on your hair ends) as they seal the cuticles.

• Make sure that your hair are not moist as even that can damage your hair.

• Use deep conditioning treatments like hot oil massage and specifically made hair masks to refresh scalp and revive weak roots.

Keep these points in mind now to get lustrous and healthy hair.

Selma ditched her long tresses for a short bob kind of hairdo in January this year. That time she explained that it was not for a particular role in a movie, but it was just a new experiment. She said that she was tired of carrying those Hollywood girl kind long hair. So it was just a change.

But this time, she has gone for an extreme makeover. She has got a shorter, new platinum blonde hairstyle. She is looking practically unrecognizable. I didn’t really like this new look of hers and just hope that she doesn’t go any beyond this.

What do you think of her new hairstyle?

Losing hair can be a traumatic experience for anyone, especially since popular culture associates tresses with beauty and youth. But for those dismayed by thinning hairlines, there may soon be an alternative to hair replacement dismayed by thinning hairlines, there may soon be an alternative to hair replacement surgeries and wigs.A meeting of the world’s best hair restoration experts at Las Vegas has thrown up a few interesting possibilities. One that has set off a flutter of interest is the paper presented by transplantation expert Maria Siemionow that hints at the possibility of transplanting an entire scalpful of hair from a donor.

If everybody is talking about Britney’s then why should I be left behind! Britney Spears is a celebrity who is never seen in same hairstyle all through her life. Here I am showing you the different length and styles of her hair.

Here Britney has shown the full length of her locks. Hair are styled with minimal layers and ends are sliced in order to have texture and movement.

This is a rockstar type hairstyle of Britney, which is styled into longer and heavy layers that is cut throughout to create volume.

Britney in medium length straight hairstyle with trims. Hair seems to be shortening but looks fine.

Oh ! My god what happened now. There is no hair to explain the type of hairstyle. I hope you would not like to be in one.

Cricket fever is gripping the nation and no one can resist it. Cricket has always remained a matter of excitement in India and every Indian is almost mad for this game.

As the cricket world cup 2007 has started many Indians are praying to the God for the victory of the team and some people are showing their excitement through some weird manner. Now you must be wondering what that weird style is?

See this Indian cricket fan with all new haircut! Have you ever seen such a unique haircut? Well I haven’t!

This guy, Bhola Sarder, poses after the daily shaving of his ‘Cricket World Cup’ haircut at a saloon in Howrah, Kolkata. Well I liked it! I think this different haircut has been achieved by using scissor and clippers. And you can also make any damn style you like by using razor!

It’s not a story of Robert Peralta, 12, who is suspended from school for a funky or indecent haircut, but this is a plight of many students around the world. Few days back Robert Peralta of Harrison Middle School in Albuquerque, New Mexico, was suspended from school for designing a ‘Zia symbol’ on the back of his head. School administration has accused him as a part of gang and said that they will allow him and other students to have designs on their heads as long as they are not gang, drug, alcohol, or sexually related.

Last year a boy from Rio Grande High School was suspended for making 505 symbol on the back of his head. In 2005, two students from Resaca Middle School in Los Fresnos, Texas, were suspended for braided hairstyles. Their parents blamed the school for violating their heritage as braided hairstyle includes Native American ancestry. Some students suffered tresses stress because of some design or braid, and someone like Donvannah (from Vernon Price Elementary School in Mesquite, 1991) almost shaved his head with his father’s electric mustache clipper and was punished for violating the school district code of appearance. Don’t you think that there should be a same student hair code? The list is never ending for such students who are suspend from school for hairstyle.

If Donvannah was punished for extra short haircut then two boys in Spence Middle School, were punished for keeping long ponytail. And, Robert Peralta’s dilemma is the same as Spence Middle School that their school principal is suspecting them to be a member of some gang. Robert says that he is not a member of any gang and he made that ‘zia’ design on his head because he is part of the school’s wrestling team, and that he got the haircut to represent Albuquerque during a big meet. Now what do you have to about this?

Is it so that school administrators are all about power, control, and tiny bureaucratic minds? Should students be allowed to walk into school premises with their choicest hairstyle or there should follow district school policy? Whatsoever, you think but for this my reply is that district school code should be followed without discrimination.

Okay! Now I give an end to my this discussion of school hair code and talk something about hairstyle. Apart from all controversies Robert’s ‘zia sun symbol’ (shown in image) haircut appealed a lot to me and if even you liked it then you may get it done with an electronic hair clipper. Its not only this but you can design any damn thing on you head like a haircut and give your hair a new funky look.

Do check out here to know more about Rober Peralta.

Hmm! It seems that David Cameron is trying to keep pace with latest fad. Mr. Cameron, the Leader of Her Majesty’s Opposition frequently changes his hairstyle.

And now Mr. Cameron has emerged with a new hairstyle is neither Right nor Left. And this is his third hairstyle in less than a week.

Mr. Cameron, 40, paid £15 in a pink-painted unisex salon around the corner from his West London home.

And his change from a parting on the right to the left was suggested by the Turkish boss, 61-year-old Tony Tahir.

Mr. Tahir, owner of the Hair and Tanning Rooms in North Kensington, said,

It was all my idea. David is open to new ideas about his hair.

This cut has made him look younger, funkier and sexier.

His parting before was from right to left against the growth of the hair. Men’s partings should really be on the left side. He looks much better, much softer.

Well, Do you think he is looking younger, funkier and sexier in this new hairstyle?

Do you make braids of your lovely locks? If yes then I am afraid that soon you may also be complaining of hair fall. The only solution I have for you is stop making tight braids of your beautiful hair. As according to the latest study of University of Cape Town (UCT) chemical relaxers, tight braiding and “corn rows” may leave you bald.
